Mrs. Bindu Shah was awarded ‘Naari Shakti Puruskar’ on the occasion of International Women’s Day by Kala Saurabhha at TGV Kalashetrain recognition to her services for the Divyangjans attending Ambika Sishu Kendra on 10th March 2024.
Mrs. Bindu Shah was awarded Samaj Ratna by Shri Kutchi Jain Gurjar Samaj Matunga (Pakhadi), Mumbai, in January 2020, for her contribution and work in the social service sector.
Ambika Sishu Kendra received Kutch Shakti National Award for service to the special children in the society, on 4th July, 2019 at Mumbai. The award was received by Shri Kantilal Shah - Managing Trustee
On the occasion of International Day of Differently Abled-2019, Ambika Sishu Kendra received the award for the Best NGO working for the cause of Mentally Retarded from the Department of Differently –Abled, Transgender and Senior Citizens, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
Ambika Sishu Kendra received Akhil Bharat Gujarati Samaj ( All India Gujarati Samaj) National Award for Service to the special children in society on 19th October, 2019 at Bengaluru. The award was received by Shri Kantilal Shah - Managing Trustee
Ugadi Puraskaram Award by District Cultural Association on 21st March, 2015 for the Best Organization working for disability to Director, Mrs. Bindu. N. Shah(AMBIKA SISHU KENDRA) by Sri K.E. Krishna Murthy (Deputy Chief Minister).
Master Satwik is a child with truly exceptional abilities. NATIONAL TRUST (Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Govt. of India ) was honoured to present him with the award for the Best Individual Person with Disability for the year 2008 on September 12th.
Ambika Sishu Kendra received an award for the performance in National Festival of Music & Dance, for persons with Mental Retardation organised by NIMH in the year 1999.
