Eligibility

​

1. Candidates who have completed higher secondary (10+2) or equivalent exams with a minimum of 50% marks can apply for this full-time diploma course.

2. The reservation and relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD and other categories shall be as per the State Government rules, whichever is applicable as per RCI norms.

​The course provides in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of skills and aptitude needed to foster special children’s development (up-to age of 8).

NOTE: Duration of the course for the current batch will be one year and it is equivalent to two years diploma course as per the orders by the RCI Circular F.No.7-91/2015/RCI dated 25th January.

Course Objectives are to train Special Teachers for PwDs across school yrs (3 to 18)yrs, identified with Disability Categories ID, CP, ASD &  SLD admitted in Special Schools & Regular Schools.
